The Garam Group Garam Group Summer Referral Run Raffle Terms and Conditions
- Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the Garam Group Summer Referral Run (“the Raffle”) conducted by The Garam Group (“the Organizer”).
1.2 By participating in the Raffle, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Eligibility
2.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Raffle.
2.2 The Raffle is open to residents of New York State. Employees of the Organizer, their family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization of the Raffle are not eligible to participate.
- How to Enter
3.1 Participants receive one entry for each business client they refer to The Garam Group.
3.2 If the referred business client accepts a meeting with The Garam Group, the participant will receive a second entry into the drawing.
3.3 The referred business must have 10 or more computers to qualify as an eligible referral.
3.4 Referrals must be submitted through the website https://www.garamgroup.com/about-us/referral-program/.
3.5 There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can earn.
- Raffle Period
4.1 The Raffle begins on 7/1/2024 and ends on 8/22/2024 (“Raffle Period”).
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to extend the Raffle Period at its discretion. Any extension of the Raffle Period will be communicated through the same channels used to promote the Raffle.
4.3 All referrals must be received by 5:00PM EST on 8/19/2024. Any referrals received after this time will not be accepted unless the Raffle Period is extended.
- Prizes
5.1 The prizes for the Raffle are as follows:
- First Prize: Spa Getaway for 2
- Second Prize: $250 gift card
- Third Prize: $100 gift card
5.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
- Drawing and Notification
6.1 The winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on 8/22/2024 during a hosted happy hour at Trapper's, located at 5950 Butternut Drive, East Syracuse, NY 13057.
6.2 If the winner is not at the live drawing, they will be notified by phone and email within 5 days.
6.3 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
- Publicity
7.1 By accepting a prize, winners agree to the use of their name, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- General Conditions
8.1 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Raffle in the event of any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Organizer's reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Raffle, as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion.
8.2 The Organizer is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or unauthorized human intervention in the Raffle.
8.3 The Organizer’s decision in all matters related to the Raffle is final and binding.
- Liability
9.1 By entering the Raffle, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer and its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Raffle and/or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
- Governing Law
10.1 The Raffle and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State.
10.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York State.
- Privacy
11.1 The Organizer will collect and use the personal information provided by participants for the purposes of administering the Raffle and in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
11.2 Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the Raffle or as required by law.
