As Director of Operations, James oversees The Garam Group process from introduction to your full onboarding and satisfaction. With nearly 20 years in customer service and engineering experience, he makes sure the client experience is just as strong as the underlying infrastructure. James’ ability to see the details within the big picture allows him to bring The Garam Group team together to MAKE IT HAPPEN for you!

Client Services Manager
We gave him the title “Client Services Manager” only because it sounds more professional than “Make It Happen Guru”. Call him what you want. Either way – Dave gets it done. Dave’s passion for customer service blends perfectly with The Garam Group and he refuses to let anything stand in his way of taking care of our clients. He instills this same passion in our support team. Our goal is to make sure you are treated like you are our only client. Dave makes that happen too!

Cheryl joined the team in September of 2007. Cheryl joining our team marked the beginning of our philosophy of always having someone available to speak to a client. Cheryl focuses on the key role of developing, reinforcing, and changing the culture of our organization. She keeps our employee’s health and well-being as a top priority. She has a degree in psychology (BA), and her previous work experience was in social work, where she managed programs to provide care and services for people in need.
